• Understand that submitting your information does not guarantee an offer or sale

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE-SOLD.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

We are not responsible for any disputes between you and any buyer, investor, or agent you are matched with through our platform.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and technology on WE-SOLD.com are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
